Care Instructions

FLUXE'S handmade lingerie requires a cold hand wash with mild detergent and dried flat in shade.

Shipping

As lingerie sets are handmade items your products will be sent 1 - 5 working days after their purchase. 

Australian Shipping $9.50 AUD (3 - 5 working days)

International shipping $25.00 AUD (10 - 14 working days)

FLUXE DESIGNS is not liable for any customs or import charges.

If products are lost in mail FLUXE DESIGNS will offer a store credit. 

Refunds

If your FLUXE DESIGNS products are faulty or damaged an exchange will be granted.  Exchanges must be organised and sent back to FLUXE DESIGNS at your cost before 30 days after purchase date.

However due to the nature of the products for hygiene reasons I cannot accept underwear as a returned product.
